I’m Jaydee Rossouw, the founder of JDRS — a consultancy that specializes in data analysis, automation, and business intelligence.

With 5 years of combined experience across business intelligence, data systems, and finance, I bring a unique mix of technical know-how and strategic insight. My background includes:

  • 2 years in data intelligence & automation: Designing custom dashboards, automated systems, and AI tools that help businesses improve reporting and make informed decisions.

  • 3 years in finance: Including roles as a Financial Officer and Audit Trainee, where I managed accounting processes, financial planning, reporting, and compliance.

How I Help

Recently, I helped a client who needed to consolidate data from four different spreadsheets. I developed a masterlist spreadsheet that automatically pulls data from multiple sources into one place. I then built a custom Excel dashboard that provides real-time visualizations of the data. This solution eliminated the need for manual data consolidation and provided a streamlined reporting process—saving the client time and allowing for more efficient, data-driven decision-making.
